What to Know When Requesting a Time Frame

The reason flexibility is important in any exchange situation is because you are simply waiting for someone to place the exact week you want into your exchange company's inventory. Therefore, requesting a time frame rather than a select date would have a better chance of getting you a week that you're looking for.
However, you need to know that there are some restrictions to requesting a time frame, and they are as follows:

1. You may have only one request per deposited week.

2. The dates or your deposited week must be valid through the time span that you are requesting—meaning that it cannot expire before or within the dates in your request.

3. One deposited week can have up to three separate choices per request. Each choice may contain one location and a date range of up to a full month.
